Founded in 2018 by Dr. Stefanie Teichmann - a seasoned ex-McKinsey consultant, business executive, academic, and certified coach - TECA delivers premier business advisory and coaching services to leaders and organizations across industries and functions worldwide. Stefanie brings deep expertise in business strategy and organizational leadership, grounded in over 20 years of corporate experience, including senior executive roles at Nike, The Coca-Cola Company, and Google. Her career has spanned local, regional, and global leadership, giving her a truly international perspective. Originally from Germany, Stefanie has lived and worked across Europe and the United States and now leads TECA from Dublin, Ireland, serving clients around the globe.
